Meet the Administrators

It is with great pleasure and enthusiasm that I introduce myself to you as your new principal.  My name is Michelle Padura, I am thrilled to be joining such a vibrant community and look forward to working together to support our students through their educational journey.

I come to Western High School with twenty-four years of experience serving the students at Broward County Public Schools.  Most recently, I served as principal at Stranahan High School for the last nine years.  My passion for education and strong commitment to educational excellence drives my dedication to fostering a positive and inclusive school environment where every student can thrive.

I am a firm believer that collaboration among teachers, staff, parents, and the community is essential for creating a successful learning experience. I am committed to maintaining open lines of communication, and I encourage you to reach out to me with any questions, ideas, or concerns you may have.  As we embark on this school year, I am excited to build relationships with each of you and to learn more about our school’s rich traditions and values. Together, we can achieve new levels of excellence for our students and help them reach their full potential.
